The philosophy

WHAT IS
TRIBAL KNOWLEDGE CODIFIED?

Every shop has people who just know things. The press operator who can tell by the sound whether registration is drifting. The separator who knows exactly how many screens a job actually needs.

That knowledge lives in people's heads. It's learned over years, passed down informally, and almost never written down. When those people leave — and they always leave — the knowledge goes with them.

Tribal knowledge codified is what happens when you take that knowledge and build it into the tools and systems your shop runs on. That's what we're building at Ink Kitchen AI.

Data & Privacy

YOUR PROOFS ARE SAFE

We built Print Check Pro for production shops that handle proprietary customer artwork every day. Here's exactly how we treat your files.

Depending on your plan, your proof images may be sent to up to three AI providers for analysis: Anthropic (7-day retention), Google (30-day retention), and OpenAI (30-day retention). You choose which providers to use. No provider uses your images for AI training — all three are opted out under their commercial API terms. Images are automatically deleted after each provider's retention period.

The tool is password-protected, sessions use encrypted tokens, and the backend only accepts requests from authorized domains. Your account and your proofs stay locked to you.

We don't keep your proof images on our server. Images go in, get analyzed, and the results come back. There's no database of customer artwork sitting on a server somewhere. Nothing is saved between sessions.
